About Me

Hi, I’m Cedar. My path into bodywork began with a moment of surprising ease. During a massage years ago, something inside me softened for the first time. My body felt like a place I could actually live in. That quiet shift stayed with me, and it grew into a calling to offer others the same sense of safety and belonging.

I practice through the Esalen tradition, moving slowly and with attention. Long connected strokes, deeper listening, gentle stretching, and subtle movement help the body remember its own rhythm. I follow what your tissue and breath are telling me, letting the session unfold naturally.

The natural world is the root of my work. Trees, water, moss, stone. Their steadiness and softness teach me how to be present. They remind me that healing often happens in the quieter spaces, the ones we don’t force.

My intention is simple: to meet you with warmth and honesty, to hold a steady space, and to support your body in finding its own way back to ease.
